Queen's Domain Release Date
The release date is Monday, October 30, 2026 — and every platform ships the same day. There is no staggered console release and no early-access window for the full game.
Developer Freshly Baked Games and publisher Future Friends Games announced the date with the Official Release Date and Console Reveal Trailer on September 30, 2026, ending months of a vague "2026" window. Coverage from Gematsu, VGChartz, Shacknews and Time Extension all confirmed the same-day, four-platform launch.
Platforms: Where Can You Play?
Queen's Domain is a multi-platform release — unusual for a King's Field-like, most of which are PC-only. The Steam version is Steam Deck Verified.
| Platform | Store | Release | Notes | |---|---|---|---| | PC | Steam | Oct 30, 2026 | Steam Deck Verified; free demo available | | PS5 | PlayStation Store | Oct 30, 2026 | Listed on Metacritic (PS5) | | Xbox Series X|S | Xbox Store | Oct 30, 2026 | Pre-order was live with 15% off | | Nintendo Switch 2 | Nintendo eShop | Oct 30, 2026 | Switch 2 only — no original Switch version |
That last row matters: searches for "queen's domain switch" usually mean the Switch 2 version. If you own the original Switch, there is currently no version for it — the game requires a Switch 2.
